Salon Policies
Appointments & Booking
All appointments must be booked in advance via phone, online booking, or in person.
Please ensure you select the correct service when booking.
All clients are required to pay a deposit to secure their appointment.
Late Arrivals
- Please arrive on time for your appointment.
- Clients are granted a 15-minute grace period. Arrivals exceeding 15 minutes late will incur a £20 late fee, which covers an additional 5 minutes only beyond the grace period.
- If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, your appointment will be automatically cancelled.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- We kindly ask for 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in loss of deposit.
Repeated last-minute cancellations may require full prepayment for future bookings.
No-Shows
Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in loss of deposit.
Future bookings may require full payment in advance.
Deposits & Payments
Deposits are non-refundable.
Remaining balances are due on the day of your appointment.
We accept cash and other available payment methods in salon.
Children & Extra Guests
For safety and comfort, we kindly ask that only clients receiving services attend appointments unless prior arrangements have been made.
Children must be supervised at all times.
Health & Allergies
Please inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, or injuries before your service.
Special Touch is not responsible for reactions when clients fail to disclose relevant information.
Photos & Social Media
We may occasionally take photos or videos of our work for promotional purposes.
Please let us know if you prefer not to be photographed.
Products & hair extensions
We do not provide hair products or hair extensions unless requested in advance. All requested products/extensions must be confirmed and paid for by the client before the appointment.
