Appointments & Booking
  • All appointments must be booked in advance via phone, online booking, or in person.

  • Please ensure you select the correct service when booking.

  • All clients are required to pay a deposit to secure their appointment.

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment.

  • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will lose their appointment.

  • Full service fees may still apply for significantly late arrivals.

  • We kindly ask for 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes.
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in loss of deposit.

  • Repeated last-minute cancellations may require full prepayment for future bookings.

  • Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in loss of deposit.

  • Future bookings may require full payment in advance.

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • Remaining balances are due on the day of your appointment.

  • We accept cash and other available payment methods in salon.

  • For safety and comfort, we kindly ask that only clients receiving services attend appointments unless prior arrangements have been made.

  • Children must be supervised at all times.

  • Please inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, or injuries before your service.

  • Special Touch is not responsible for reactions when clients fail to disclose relevant information.

  • We may occasionally take photos or videos of our work for promotional purposes.

  • Please let us know if you prefer not to be photographed.
